Marwit’s investment focus is on smaller, middle market businesses regionally located in California and the Western U.S. We seek businesses that are leaders in sizable niche markets, have revenues of $20 to $100 million, and have operating profits of at least $3 million. We partner with experienced and committed Operating Managers in each transaction, buyouts or growth, and focus on value creation from Day 1 against a written Operating Plan.
