Carol Farrell - Vice President of Human Resources and Administration

Carol J. Farrell joined Marwit in 2004 as the firm’s Vice President of Human Resources and Administration.  In this role, Ms. Farrell is responsible for limited partner and investor communications and supporting the firm’s portfolio companies in such areas as human resources, executive recruitment, and administration.  Prior to joining Marwit, Ms. Farrell served as Director of Human Resources and Administration for IndX Software Corporation from 1999 to 2003, and as Vice President, Human Resources and Administration for Sechrist Industries, a medical device manufacturer.  Ms. Farrell has over 20 years of leadership experience and a successful track record in growing and developing organizations.
