David M. Browne - Principal

David M. Browne joined Marwit Capital in 2005 and has eight years of experience in private equity and corporate finance.  Prior to joining Marwit, Mr. Browne was a Vice President at The Compass Group, a Connecticut-based private equity investment firm focused on the middle market.  Prior to this, Mr. Browne was an Analyst at Aurora Capital Group, a Los Angeles, California-based private equity firm focused on companies with values of $150 million to $1 billion.  Mr. Browne began his career as a Financial Analyst in the High Yield Finance group at Merrill Lynch in New York.  Mr. Browne holds an MBA degree with Distinction from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
