Sam Sippl - Senior Associate

Sam Sippl joined Marwit Capital in 2007 and has seven years of progressive experience in providing professional services, with a focus on providing buy side due diligence advisory services to private equity firms. Previously, Sam was a Senior Manager in Squar, Milner, Peterson, Miranda & Williamson's Corporate Diligence Service practice. Based in Newport Beach, California, Squar Milner is recognized as a leading accounting and advisory firm and is the largest independent firm in California. Mr. Sippl has worked closely with Marwit over the past two years and is experienced in leading due diligence teams, which includes the analysis and validation of financial, commercial, operational and strategic assumptions. Mr. Sippl has served a number of industries including consumer and industrial products, retail, distribution, real estate, technology, cable television and broadcasting. Mr. Sippl holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Colorado and is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of California.
