Linda Chaffin, Vice President of Finance & Investor Relations

Linda Chaffin joined Marwit Capital in 2008 as Vice President of Finance and Investor Relations. Her responsibilities include corporate finance initiatives, investor relations and marketing and investment activities. Ms. Chaffin brings over 15 years of experience as an investment banker, financier and consultant in advising clients on all aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and financings in a broad range of industries. Ms. Chaffin served for eight years in the Mergers & Acquisitions group at JPMorganChase in NYC where she was responsible for generating and analyzing capital markets business opportunities and client relationships. While with JPMorganChase, she worked on numerous advisory transactions sized $30 million to $20+ billion. She received her MBA with honors from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. Prior to receiving her MBA, Ms. Chaffin was a corporate banker at Huntington National Bank and received her B.S. cum laude from The Ohio State University.
