eFax is a provider of Internet communications
services, including the world’s leading fax-to-email
service. In 1996, Marwit co-invested in a equity
placement led by a private equity firm. The Company
completed an IPO in June 1997 as JetFax,
Inc., and changed its name to eFax.com in 1999. Marwit
sold its interest in the Company during 1999. The
Company was ultimately acquired by J2 Global Communications
