IndX Software is an enterprise software
company that designs and markets operations intelligence
solutions for Fortune 2000 businesses (i.e., primarily
process manufacturing) and their supply chains. The
company’s product, XHQ, provides a single,
coherent view of information that users need for
real-time decision support or performance management,
by extracting and integrating data from multiple,
disparate back-end systems, aggregating and managing
content, and distributing information to users. In
1999, Marwit led a $10 million equity investment
in the Company. From late
2001 through early 2004, Matthew L. Witte of Marwit
served as CEO of the Company, and in that capacity
developed Siemens, SAP, and Cargill as strategic
investors. In late 2003, Marwit originated and concluded
