The Stanrich Company is a developer
of starter and trade-up homes in the Sacramento and
Central Valley areas of California. In 1996, Marwit
and the Company formed a partnership, Stanrich Lemoore,
L.P., whose purpose was to build a 155-lot subdivision
named ‘Avalon’ in Lemoore, CA. By 1999,
all of the homes had been developed and sold, and
Marwit sold its entire investment back to management
in a series of transactions.
