Gregg Gift Company manufactures licensed
giftware products for Christian retail stores and
chains, preeminent mass merchandisers such as Target,
Wal-Mart, and Mervyns, catalogs, and general gift
stores such as Hallmark. The Company’s principal
product lines include bible covers, bookcovers, booklights
and reading accessories, bookmarks, organizers, tote
bags, jewelry, and home décor products. In
1998, Marwit sponsored the acquisition of the Company
from the retiring founders, partnering with an experienced
industry CEO and MorAmerica Capital Corporation.
In 2004, the Company
was sold to Enesco Corporation (NYSE: ENC), a world
