Palama Meat Company and H&W Distributors, is
one of the leading meat processing and broad line
food distributors in Hawaii. The Company’s
supplies its meat products and broad line grocery
products to hotels,
restaurants, grocery stores, and supermarkets,
warehouse clubs, primarily on Oahu. In 1995, Marwit
originated and sponsored the acquisition of H&W
Distributors, Inc., and in 1997 originated and sponsored
the add-on acquisition of Palama Meat Company. The
Company was sold to a private equity firm in May
