is one of the largest providers of billing services
for emergency medicine, anesthesiology and trauma
center physicians and medical groups in the Western
U.S. The Company processes more than one million
patent encounters a year and serves ER and anesthesiology
groups practicing in more than 70 hospitals. In 1999,
Marwit sponsored a recapitalization of the Company,
partnering with an experienced industry CEO, and
in 2001 invested additional funds to help finance
an add-on acquisition. In 2003, Marwit
fully realized its investment through a recapitalization
sponsored by Chicago based private equity firm Prospect
