grade fiberglass handles and non-powered hand tools
for OEM, industrial supply, and other markets. The
Company sells its products to OEMs such as Corona
Clipper, Snap On Tools, and Stanley Works, industrial
supply and hand tool manufacturers and distributors
such as W.W. Grainger and McMaster Carr, and hundreds
of other customers in the fire, lawn and garden,
and hardware markets. In 2002, Marwit originated
and sponsored the acquisition of the Company from
the estate of the founder, partnering with an experienced
