Protrav Services, Inc. provides charter
tour and motor coach services to tour packaging companies
and direct uses such as professional sports teams,
universities and other groups. At closing, Protrav
operated 50 motor coaches from its facilities in
Los Angeles, CA and Las Vegas, NV. Marwit sponsored
a recapitalization of the Company in 1994,
facilitating the buyout of a controlling
interest held by Japan-based Nissan Travel Services
and the refinancing of all Company debt. In 1997,
the Company was sold to motor coach tour consolidator
Travelways, Inc.
