Solis Women’s Health Partners with Southeastern Radiology, P.A. to Provide Breast Imaging Services
Austin, TX - February 24, 2009 - Solis Women's Health announced today that it has acquired The Women's Imaging Center of Southeastern Radiology, P.A. (SERA). Located in Greensboro, North Carolina, SERA is a full-service diagnostic radiology center owned by Dallas A. Smith Jr., M.D.; Cheryl A. Viglione, M.D.; and Stephen J. Pomeranz, M.D.
The Women's Imaging Center becomes Solis' second comprehensive breast center in the Greensboro market following the acquisition last year of The Bertrand Breast Center. The Women's Imaging Center will maintain its current location at 3801 W. Market Street. Solis will implement full field digital mammography and continue to offer breast ultrasound, bone densitometry, and general ultrasound at the Women's Imaging Center location. In addition, Solis and SERA plan to provide breast MRI services.
