Granite Seed Company, established in 1988, specializes in producing, processing and distributing native seed and erosion control products and services for land reclamation and erosion prevention associated with energy exploration, infrastructure development, commercial construction, and rangeland wildfires. Granite Seed’s product offerings fall within three categories: conservation seed; erosion control; and turf grass seed and its customers include contractors, developers, energy companies, and Federal, State and Local agencies. The Company is employing a targeted acquisition strategy for best of bread distributors, processors and growers in the land reclamation, native seed and erosion control industry starting with the acquisition of Bruce Seed Farm in 2008.
